About the event
We will be gathering on the dance floor to celebrate the Spring Equinox with a longer evening of dance and - weather dependant - a sharing circle round the fire afterwards!
For this extended dance evening we will be spending longer in the dance - in the trance - than we usually do in our weekly sessions. The dance journeys will be held inside but we have the wonderful opportunity to use the beautiful outdoor forest space afterwards to sit round a fire and reflect (weather dependent!). Not enough time is usually available for us to share our dance experiences deeply as a group or just sit in the space of what has just taken place; sometimes words are superfluous to actually physically assimilating the journey but all the same it is beautiful to do this as a group.
