An Intro to Dance Journeys

Curious about what our dance sessions have to offer, but want to to explore this in more of a 'introductory-style' session? This is the one for you! Across 3 weeks we will be explaining all of the 'what's, why's and how's' and answering any questions you may have, including a taster of dancing (with and without blindfolds), the dyad process and exploring the overall power that the dance has to offer and why so many people keep coming back for more!
