An Intro to Dance Journeys

Curious about what our dance sessions have to offer, but want to to explore this in more of a 'introductory-style' session? This is the one for you! In this session we will be explaining all of the 'what's, why's and how's' and answering any questions you may have, including a taster of dancing (with and without blindfolds), the dyad process and exploring the overall power that the dance has to offer and why so many people keep coming back for more! To add to the magic, the session will be outside in the West Stow Anglo Saxon Village (don't worry - we'll be in a marquee if weather is rainy!)

It will be fun, lighthearted and informal. Involve yourself as much or as little as you wish.

Total cost is £20 + booking fee.
