An Intro To Dance Journeys

*FRIDAY 9TH JUNE - OUTDOORS* 

Curious about what our dance sessions have to offer but want to to explore this in more of an 'introductory-style' session? This is the one for you!

In this session we will be explaining all of the 'what's, why's and how's' … a few questions that will be answered and discussed include the following:

• What makes this dance different?
• Why do we use a blindfold
• Do you have to wear a blindfold?
• What kind of music do we use?
• Do I dance with anyone else?
• What if I look stupid dancing?

We will be answering any questions you may have and the time will also include a taster of dancing (with and without blindfolds), the dyad process and exploring the overall power that the dance has to offer and why so many people keep coming back for more!

We welcome people who have been before and want to recap on the basics as we don’t get much chance to cover them all in the weekly sessions.

Both events will take place at West Stow Anglo Saxon Village & Country Park.  Friday evening’s session will be outside - under cover in a marquee if needs be.  Saturday’s session will be in the Education Room.

Tickey price is donation (suggested £5.  Any donations will go towards the land or towards our Pay-it-Forward program that subsidises a couple of places for the retreat.
